Euromedica donates to the "Red Cross" in Kilkis


The Euromedica group, in the context of its Corporate Social Responsibility program and with a sense of solidarity with the Greek society, actively supports the work of non-profit organizations that respond to the problems and needs of the areas where it operates.

Genesis clinic, the largest obstetrics and gynecology clinic in Central and Northern Greece, a member of the Euromedica group, undertook to supply the Greek Red Cross department in Kilkis with 345 bottles of 1 liter olive oil, which on the initiative of the president part of the Red Cross will be distributed to vulnerable families in Kilkis and the surrounding areas.

The event for the delivery of the bottles took place yesterday, Thursday, June 3, at the state-of-the-art facilities of the obstetrics, gynecology and surgery clinic Genesis in Pylaia, Thessaloniki. The donation was received by the president of the Red Cross of the Kilkis Regional Department, Mrs. Katerina Fraggidou, with representatives of volunteers, while the side of Euromedica was represented by the administrative director of the clinic Mr. Athanasios Kios, the chairman of the Board of the clinic Mr. Isaak Tosounidis, obstetrician / gynecologist, as well as Mr. Charalambos Hatziioakeimidis, member of the Board of Directors of the clinic, obstetrician / gynecologist.

Mr. Koios said: “We are particularly pleased with the cooperation with the Red Cross branch in Kilkis and the opportunity it has given us to help in its actions for the relief of our fellow citizens, who are in need of basic goods. The Euromedica Group and the Genesis Clinic, with a high sense of social responsibility, will assist where needed, proving the sensitivity of the Group.”
