The Organizing and Scientific Committee of the 22nd Panhellenic Congress of Nephrology, organized by the Hellenic Nephrological Society, in May, in Thessaloniki, praised the Artificial Kidney Units in two clinics of the Euromedica group.
The honorary distinction of the Euromedica General of Dodecanese in Rhodes and the Eurmedica General Clinic “Zoodohos Pigi” in Kozani, concerns the measures taken, especially in the closed part of the Artificial Kidney Unit, in order to face the pandemic of Covid-19. Similar praises were awarded to other clinics in the country.
Euromedica units operate in accordance with all safety and security regulations, as required by the state regarding Covid-19.
It should also be noted that the Euromedica General Clinic “Zoodohos Pigi” in Kozani actively participated in the efforts of the Ministry of Health and the competent authorities to deal with the outbreak of the pandemic in the region in recent months, providing beds for the treatment of non-Covid cases.
