The Euromedica Group, as part of its ongoing commitment to upgrading the services it provides and adapting its facilities to the modern requirements of the healthcare sector, has launched a new program of educational activities and training seminars for its staff.
This time, it was the turn of the diagnostic centers in Thessaloniki. On Saturday, November 29, 2025, employees from the city’s units gathered at the Euromedica Dytiki Thessaloniki diagnostic center, where they participated in a training seminar titled “Basic First Aid Education.” We extend our warmest thanks to the Head of the Unit, Ms. Anastasia Koutroudi, as well as her team, for their hospitality and contribution.
The seminar was conducted with the valuable collaboration of Mr. Argyrios M. Christou as the instructor and Mr. Georgiadis S. Georgiou as the coordinator, both Scientific Associates of Euromedica Alexandroupoli. We sincerely thank them for their essential contribution. Special thanks are also extended to Ms. Ioanna Mokali, Head of the Euromedica Alexandroupoli, for her excellent supervision and organization of the seminar.
The training program included both theoretical and practical components, covering fundamental knowledge and critical skills such as:
• Basic principles of first aid
• Conditions, reasons, and importance of applying first aid
• Explanation of the expected outcomes during patient resuscitation
• Hands-on practice on a manikin, emphasizing correct technique and key rescue steps
Participants were also briefed on the management of emergency situations, including:
• Allergic reactions and anaphylactic shock
• Drowning and near-drowning
• Fainting episodes
• Management of pediatric emergencies
This initiative clearly reflects the Euromedica Group’s long-standing commitment to investing in its human resources. Across all our diagnostic centers, we place particular emphasis on the continuous training of our employees, encouraging participation in educational programs and practical exercises that enhance their knowledge, preparedness, and professional development.
In this way, we ensure that every member of our team possesses the necessary expertise, responsibility, and confidence to provide high-quality healthcare services, with absolute respect and dedication toward our patients.
