The website www.euromedica.gr (hereinafter the “Website”) is managed by the SOCIETE ANONYME under the name “EUROMEDICA SOCIETE ANONYME FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SERVICES. – – PRIVATE CLINICS – PRIVATE DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES – PRIVATE MULTICLINICS ” with the distinctive title “EUROMEDICA”, having its registered office in Athens at 2-4 Messogeion Avenue, with VAT EL. 094045865 Tax office for Commercial Companies of Athens and General Commercial Registry No. 004388201000 (hereinafter referred to as “EUROMEDICA” or the “Company”).
The terms governing the use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are defined by this document, as well as any other document referred to herein.

2/ Website Visitor/user commitments:
2.1 The users of the Website undertake to use the Website in accordance with its terms and conditions .
2.2. 2.3 The Website users accept that they will not attempt unauthorized access to the Website and its server, or to any other server, computer and database connected to the Website and undertake the obligation not to attack the Website through denial of service attack or through distributed denial of service attack. Breach of this obligation may constitute a criminal offence under the applicable law. Any such breach will be reported to the competent law enforcement authorities. Furthermore, in the event of such a violation, the Company will immediately terminate the right of the user in question to access and use the Website.

The names, images, logos and distinctive features representing the Company and/or third parties are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of the Company and/or third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks, industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.

a/modify, translate, create or attempt to create derivative copies or a copy of the software or the Website, either in whole or in part,

It also informs users about news and offers provided in diagnostic centres/clinics of the “EUROMEDICA” Group as well as about the career opportunities of the “EUROMEDICA” Group.
4.2 The content of the Website may contain typos for which the Company shall not be liable.
4.3: The Company shall not be liable to users, partners and/or any third party that derives rights from them, for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, consequential, financial or any other kind) caused by:

7.2 These Terms were originally drafted in Greek and may be translated into other languages. In the event of a conflict between the translated version and the original Greek version, the Greek version shall prevail.
