Head of Diagnostic Center in Thessaloniki
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and controls the proper operation of the Unit.
- Monitors compliance with procedures, identifies deviations and ensures the implementation of corrective actions.
- He takes care of the expansion of the Unit’s customer base.
- Guides, develops and supervises staff.
- Ensures prompt and efficient customer service.
- Handles customer issues and problems until they are resolved.
- Monitors issues related to the legislation that falls under the Unit’s jurisdiction.
Essential qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Higher Education. A degree in health will be considered an additional qualification.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of English
- Excellent computer skills
- Orientation to effective customer service
- Interpersonal skills (cooperation, negotiation skills)
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- An impartial, fair, empathetic and objective person
- Very good organization and result orientation
