FOR THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL SERVICES-PRIVATE CLINICS-PRIVATE DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORIES-PRIVATE POLYCLINICS” and the distinctive title “EUROMEDICA”, with headquarters in Athens, 357-359 MESOGEION AVENUE, with Tax Identification Number 801691814 of the Tax Office of the Athens Municipal Tax Office and Tax Registration Number 161595201000 (hereinafter the “EUROMEDICA” or the “Company”).

4.2. The content of the Website may contain typographical errors for which the Company bears no responsibility.
4.3. The Company bears no responsibility towards users, partners and/or any third party deriving rights from them, for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, consequential, economic or other nature) due to:
a/ any technical problems that may occur to users when they attempt to access the Website and during it and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website,

7.2. These Terms were originally drafted in the Greek language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of a conflict between the translated version and the original Greek, the Greek version shall prevail.
