Euromedica’s Immunology Department performs serological tests for the detection of serological markers in the organisation with the help of state-of-the-art analysers. Daily tests are carried out to check indicators of osteoporosis, hypertension, thyroid, adrenal gland, autoimmune diseases, etc. Also, complement factors are determined and allergy testing to various allergens (food, animals, etc.) is carried out.
In addition, apart from hormonal testing, the concentration of various cancer markers (PSA, free PSA, CEA, CA19-9, CA15-3, CA125, a-FP, etc.) in the blood is measured, providing information for the diagnosis, prognosis and monitoring of the disease.
