COMPUTER APPLICATION SUPPORT OFFICER
Job description:
- Management of support requests for HIS, RIS, LIS, ERP applications
- Application configuration and maintenance (remote connection)
- Participation in the proper operation and maintenance of HIS, RIS, LIS, ERP applications
- Training and support of staff in the programs/applications used by the company
Essential Qualifications:
- University degree in computer science or administration in the healtcare field
- Previous experience in IT Software Technical Support
- Experience in the management and configuration of HIS, RIS, LIS, ERP programs
- Knowledge of languages related to SQL databases
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (365)
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Access Point networks
- Good knowledge of the English Language
- Team spirit and communication skills
Desired skills:
- Experience in HIS, RIS, LIS, ERP applications in the health sector
- Experience in Helpdesk applications, e.g. Jira Helpdesk
- Previous experience in a healthcare facility will be considered an additional qualification
- Knowledge of computerized tasks supported in health care structures (e.g. patient admissions, electronic referrals, eDAPY Open & Closed Care, billing, etc.
