The limited liability company with the name “EUROMEDICA S.A. Medical Services Company” with its headquarters in Halandri, Attica (Ave. Messogeion, 357-359, tel. 210 3686600, e-mail info@www.euromedica.gr) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs you of the following:
- The Company, as the controller, processes your personal data (name, e-mail, telephone number) for the purpose of scheduling your appointment for the performance of the examination package you have chosen. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the taking of measures on our part for the performance of the medical services contract by the Company, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 b’ of General Regulation 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data.
- If you choose to receive medical services from a health facility operated by a company of the Company Group, your personal data will be transferred to the company where you choose to receive the medical services. The Company will not provide your personal data to third parties, inside or outside the EEA, but our partners who are responsible for the technical support of our website and our information systems and may have access to it.

- At any time you wish you have the right of access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, portability, opposition (objection), restriction of processing, if this is feasible. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) in the event of a breach of your personal data.
