The Hippocrates NiceDiagnostic Centre was founded in 1991 and was incorporated into the Euromedica Group in 2008. The centre is equipped with the latest generation Aperto open magnet, from Hitachi Medical Systems, with an opening of 320°. The open-type MRI was designed to address patients’ main discomforts, such as loud noise and, most importantly, claustrophobia.
In addition, the design of the scanner offers ample space for access and positioning of the examinees, significantly reducing examination time. Advanced techniques, such as dynamic MR Fluoroscopy, diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), etc., are applied at the centre, providing solutions for various clinical applications (brain angiography, neck angiography, mediastinal vessels, renal artery vessels).
The Ippokratis Nikaia diagnostic center is contracted with EOPYY and all public insurance providers. It applies a quality system certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
