Marketing Officer


Euromedica Group manages one of the largest Primary and Secondary healthcare networks in Greece. The Group provides its services through an extensive network, consisting of diagnostic centers, general clinics as well as rehabilitation center and assisted reproduction unit in major Greek cities. We are currently looking to hire for our Headquarters in Athens:

Marketing Officer

The role is office based, requires occasional travelling and reports to the Group Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies and support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
  • Undertake varied daily administrative tasks to support departments across the business, including requests from IT, HR, Operations, and Sales, for content, presentation materials, branded assets, documentation, etc.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
  • See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
  • Oversee the development of marketing literature, both electronic and paper based
  • Conceptualize and write the content for new services/initiatives including blogs and social media, website, infographics, contributed articles, media releases and other pieces as needed
  • Upload content & oversee updates to the company websites in WordPress, ensuring all brand guidelines are adhered to and Back-End Functionality is intact. Maintain weekly reports to measure and analyze KPIs such as visits, downloads, and conversions
  • Social Media Management in collaboration with external agency, Monitor Social media engagement and provide monthly reporting and insights
  • Be a brand guardian and assist in brand building and the evolution of the brand strategy
  • Foster relationships with physicians, performing regular visits to our Diagnostic Centers Network in Athens, in order to improve the organization’s referrals and contracts

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field such as marketing, business, or public relations
  • Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn ads)
  • Solid knowledge of web and social media analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, CMS platform etc.)
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications are considered a plus
  • Ability to keep up of the latest developments, track trends and develop or seek innovative ideas
  • Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva etc.
  • Fluency in Greek & English Language both written and oral
  • Fulfilled Military Obligations (If applicable)

  • High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and communicate with various levels of management
