This makes regular screening essential, especially for men over the age of 50 or those with a family history. The main examinations include:<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) blood test<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Digital rectal examination<\/strong> by a urologist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complementary imaging tests<\/strong> where required (e.g., Multiparametric MRI of the prostate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Risk factors<\/strong><br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Age, heredity, obesity, and a sedentary lifestyle are some of the main factors that increase the risk of developing the disease.
