In response to the needs and demands of the insurance market, EUROMEDICA GROUP has created a special Department of Insurance Companies and Large Customers, serving people with personal insurance and employees whose companies offer them high-quality health care services.

In order to provide more and fuller health care services to insured persons on an ongoing basis, EUROMEDICA has established:

>       A MEDICAL CALL CENTRE
The call centre operates on a 24-hour basis throughout the year.
>       A NETWORK OF MEDICAL CENTRES
Apart from the 22 private Medical Centres that operate in 9 cities in Greece, EUROMEDICA has developed an integrated network of 570 contracted Medical Centres and laboratories in 75 cities nationwide.
>       A NETWORK OF CLINICAL DOCTORS
In order to meet the needs of its customers, EUROMEDICA operates an integrated network of 770 clinical doctors of all specialisations, who have long experience and high standing in Greece.
>       HOME CARE MEDICAL DOCTORS
In extraordinary cases, insured persons can call a home care medical doctor through the call centre, thus ensuring the immediate provision of medical services and avoiding unnecessary hospital visits.
>       HOME NURSING
Home nursing is a new service, with the exclusive aim of providing comprehensive services to people with personal insurance.
>       CHECK UP DEPARTMENT
Apart from existing check ups based on a patient’s sex and age, EUROMEDICA is currently planning specialised check ups for company employees, which will be based on agreements with the company’s personnel department and occupational physician.
>       DENTAL PROGRAMMES
These programmes are provided in collaboration with dentists on a nationwide basis.
